Delete your account

You can permanently delete your HALTE account directly inside the iOS app.

In the HALTE app

    Open HALTE and tap the cog button.

    Select Profile.
  3. 3
    Scroll down and select Delete Account.
  4. 4
    Confirm with your password when requested, then select Delete Account.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your sign-in account and triggers a best-effort removal of your public profile, active check-in, friend connections and other user-owned profile data. Messages previously shared with other people may remain in conversation history. Limited records may also remain temporarily in backups, security logs or where legally required.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@halte.haus from the address associated with your HALTE account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
